At ModRetro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired tech. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your return reason.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
